Meet our Family Nurse Practitioner
Charna Gaither is a dedicated Nurse Practitioner, who boasts over 20 years of healthcare expertise. She is board certified by the ANCC as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Her academic journey includes a bachelor's degree in education w/ a concentration in Exercise Science and Sports Medicine from the University of Louisville. She went on to pursue her nursing studies and received an accelerated BSN and an MSN with highest honors from Spalding University. Mrs. Gaither is committed to ongoing learning and has pursued additional training in men's health and medical weight loss management, to ensure a comprehensive approach to aging and well-being. With a personalized touch, she strives to understand individual circumstances and collaboratively build effective healthcare partnerships.
